Cancellation Policy
The Customer has the option to withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 7 days before the Rental Service. Afterwards, the Company will retain 50% of the amount paid as a penalty deposit and/or penalty. In the event of withdrawal exercised by the Customer from the seventh to the day of the service, the amounts paid will be retained by the Company as a penalty deposit and/or penalty. In the event of adverse weather/sea conditions and/or provisions of the maritime authorities, no penalty is envisaged and 100% will be refunded The company can cancel and/or reschedule the service for technical reasons or due to changes in availability with a similar boat.
